The US Department of Commerce has determined that imports of certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes, completed in Oman &the United Arab Emirates from hot-rolled steel produced in India, are not circumventing the antidumping duty order on pipe and tube from India. Accordingly, US Department of Commerce is making a negative finding of circumvention of the Order.The products covered by- the Order include certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes with an outside diameter of 0.375 inch or more but not over 16 inches.
