Production was 1.755 million net tons in the week ending 11 February 2022 while the capability utilization then was 80.8%. The current week production represents a 5.2% decrease from the same period in the previous year. Production for the week ending 11 February 2023 is up 0.5% from the previous week ending 4 February 2023 when production was 1.656 million net tons and the rate of capability utilization was 74.1%Southern: 718,000 net tonGreat Lakes: 524 net tonMidwest: 203 net tonNorth East: 156 net ton Western: 63 net tonAdjusted year-to-date production through 11 February 2023 was 9.772 million net tons, at a capability utilization rate of 72.8%.
