Production was 1.872 million net tons in the week ending 27 August 2021 while the capability utilization then was 84.8%. The current week production represents a 6.7% decrease from the same period in the previous year. Production for the week ending 27 August 2022 is down 0.5% from the previous week ending 20 August 2022 when production was 1.756 million net tons and the rate of capability utilization was 79.7%.Southern: 758 KNTGreat Lakes: 560 KNTMidwest: 202 KNTNorth East: 164 KNTWestern: 63 KNTAdjusted year-to-date production through 27 August 2022 was 59.715 million net tons, at a capability utilization rate of 80.1%.
