US to Continue AD Duty on HRC from 6 Countries

The US Department of Commerce has announced the final results of the sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on certain hot-rolled steel flat products from Australia, Brazil, Japan, South Korea, the Netherlands, Turkey, and the UK, and the countervailing duty orders on the product from South Korea. US DOC found that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on the given product from Australia, Japan, South Korea, the Netherlands, Turkey, and the UK and the countervailing duty orders from South Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and subsidies. The DOC has determined weighted-average dumping margins ofNetherlands – 3.73%South Korea – 11.10%Japan - 11.70%Turkey -24.32%Australia - 29.58%UK - 33.06% In addition, DOC decided to revoke antidumping duty order on HRC from Brazil.
