The US International Trade Commission has determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty orders on imports of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman, Pakistan, and the United Arab Emirates would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result of the Commission’s affirmative determinations, the existing orders on imports of this product from Oman, Pakistan, and the United Arab Emirates will remain in place. The five-year (sunset) reviews concerning Circular Welded Carbon-Quality Steel Pipe from Oman, Pakistan, and the United Arab Emirates (Review) (Full) were instituted on November 1, 2021.On February 4, 2022, the Commission voted to conduct full reviews. It concluded that for Oman and Pakistan, the domestic group responses were adequate and the respondent group responses were inadequate; for the United Arab Emirates, the domestic group responses and the respondent group responses were adequate; and voted for full reviews.
