As a result of the Commission’s negative determination, the existing antidumping duty order on imports of this product from Brazil will be revoked. This action comes under the five-year sunset review process required by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act. The reviews concerning Carbon and Alloy Steel Cut-to-Length Plate from Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey were instituted on 1 December 2021.
