On the 28th of July, 2023, the Trade Remedies Authority of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam made an announcement indicating that the anti-dumping measure on cold-rolled stainless steel products from China, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Indonesia is set to expire after a year. In response to this, the authority has received a request for a review of this case.Domestic interested parties have been granted the right to submit their applications on or before the 28th of August, 2023.This AD measure was initially put into effect in October 2014. Following the first sunset review in October 2019, the measure was continued on the 26th of October, 2019, and is valid for a period of five years.The products encompassed by this review fall under HS codes 219.32.00, 7219.33.00, 7219.34.00, 7219.35.00, 7219.90.00, 7220.20.10, 7220.20.90, 7220.90.10, and 7220.90.90.
