In a commendable feat, Wuppermann Metalltechnik GmbH (WMT) clinches the esteemed INEO Award in the category of sustainability, presented by the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce. This accolade spotlights WMT's commitment to exemplary apprenticeship training and sustainable practices.

With a legacy spanning over six decades in the production of tubes, tube components, and other vital parts, WMT has earned recognition for its dedication to nurturing skilled professionals. Managing Director Georg Wildauer places immense importance on the comprehensive training of apprentices, foreseeing them as the backbone of the company's future skilled workforce.

Wildauer, who himself completed his training at WMT, emphasizes not only the imparting of technical expertise but also the cultivation of a positive work environment. WMT boasts a significant workforce comprised of long-standing employees, many spanning across multiple generations of families. Situated in Altmünster, Austria, Wuppermann's site currently hosts eight apprentices across three professions - process technician, electrical technician, and IT technician.
