GTT, in an unprecedented development, has announced the signing of a momentous Technical Services Agreement (TSA) with the eminent shipping and maritime conglomerate Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS) and its esteemed Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) subsidiary, CoolCo. Under this remarkable accord, GTT shall extend its unwavering support to EPS and CoolCo in maintaining and operating a vast global fleet comprising 33 vessels, which includes CoolCo's fleet of 24 LNG carriers, six colossal Very Large Ethane Carriers, and EPS's fleet of three LNG-powered container ships. These pioneering vessels are equipped with GTT's cutting-edge Mark III or NO96 membrane containment systems, exemplifying the pinnacle of GTT's technological advancements.

The comprehensive TSA entails GTT's provision of on-site technical assistance encompassing meticulous inspections, maintenance, repairs, operational guidance, and unparalleled engineering services. In addition, EPS and CoolCo shall be bestowed with the invaluable privilege of availing themselves of GTT's illustrious HEARS® emergency hotline, which renders seamless access to GTT's team of experts, available round the clock, to effectively address and resolve any operational predicaments that may arise.
